Back in Business

I tried upgrading the home webserver from Redhat 9 to Fedora Core 1 - and basically nothing worked after the upgrade. So I built a Fedora Core 5 server to host chadandnada.com, and it has been sitting on the floor upstairs, unplugged, for the past 6 weeks or so. I'm the world's laziest person. So for now, this page takes the place of chadandnada.com until I get the new site up and running on the "new" server (new operating system, VERY old computer).

Faris has been almost walking lately, and tonight he took 6 steps, unassisted, without falling. I was doing some back stretches on the exercise ball upstairs. Faris was holding onto the ball, when he let go, wobbled in place for a moment, then took 6 steps toward Nada before he latched onto her legs. It was a proud moment for us, and he giggled with accomplishment. It's just been getting better by the day (fatherhood). But as much as I'm looking forward to him becoming old enough to play, run, swim, snow ski, ride a bike, etc, I want him to stay a small baby forever.
