Life After Lance

Alot of people thought that US Cycling would stagnate after Lance Armstong's retirement. Today's results from stage 3 of the 58th Criterium du Dauphine Libere proved otherwise:

Zabriskie said, "Lance Armstrong isn't here anymore but US cycling is still strong without him."

4 Americans on 4 different Division 1 teams in the top 4 of race considered to be the ideal preparation race for the Tour de France. Not too shabby.

I stayed home with Faris again today as he still had a slight fever. We went for an abbreviated jog while the mercury was a relatively low mid-70s (today's high was 100 degrees). Then we stopped at the neighborhood park on the way home so Faris could swing. He loves the swing and threw a fit when it was time to go.
