And despite the many high achievements of mankind, there is one lacking which I so desperately desire at this time - the ability to travel back in time. The winds of time blow the sand grains from the palm of your hand, and they are gone from your grasp forever. And we're powerless to reclaim them. Until someone invents a time machine, anyway.
Austin is changing rapidly. Hoek's is gone. Replaced by Roppolo's, a much larger, more "corporate" company. And their pie is crap w/a Scottish accent. And it costs about 1 dollar more. Double whammy.
Flipnotics still stands. But mark my words, the day it is gone is the day I move away from Austin.
