That's my boss! He's at a house he renovated and is selling Jonestown, TX. The house used to be a dilapidated biker bar, reputed for it's debauchery and lawlessness and despised by the local community. How fitting that Mike goes out there and dresses the part, so to speak.

I am certain that there are people performing illicit acts on Google Maps Street View. Getting caught without a shirt is one thing. But you KNOW there are people doing reprehensible things. At least there will be after they've indexed the entire United States. A married man walking with his mistress, someone urinating in public, maybe even stealing a car or selling drugs.
